Capacity Development and Workforce Systems for Measurable Outcomes
Designing and implementing systems across education, workforce development, digital transformation, and economic participation aligned with national priorities.

Who We Are
University House for Consultation and Studies (UniHouse Jordan) serve as the Jordan and regional delivery arm of UniHouse Global Ltd, supporting the implementation of structured capacity development, workforce systems , and institutional strengthening initiatives across Jordan and the Middle East. From Amman, UniHouse designs and delivers structured capacity development, workforce activation, and digital livelihoods systems across the Middle East and fragile operating environments. Our work connects institutional strategy, implementation architecture, and measurable outcome tracking — enabling inclusive economic participation, verified workforce outcomes, and sustainable institutional strengthening through contextualised, evidence-based delivery.
What We Do
UniHouse designs and delivers structured capacity development and workforce systems that translate strategy into measurable and sustainable outcomes.
Our work spans education reform, workforce development, digital transformation, and economic participation, supporting governments and institutions in aligning systems with national priorities and labour market demand.
Through integrated approaches and proprietary frameworks, UniHouse ensures that all interventions are implemented, measured, and sustained with clear outcomes and long-term impact.
How We Deliver and Measure Impact
UniHouse operates across the full programme lifecycle — from system design and implementation to measurement and long-term sustainability.
All interventions are governed by the Capacity Development Evaluation Framework (CDEF), ensuring that impact is measured through competencies developed, income generated, institutional performance, and sustainable outcomes.
Our approach integrates digital platforms, including Ostathi, to support scalable delivery, workforce activation, and participation in digital markets.
This model enables governments and development partners to implement structured, evidence-based systems that deliver measurable economic outcomes and long-term impact.
Partners and Engagement
UniHouse works with leading international organisations, development institutions, and private sector partners, including the World Bank, UNDP, UNOPS, UNESCO, JICA, BP, Shell, and Hyundai Engineering.
With operations across Jordan and the Middle East region, UniHouse has developed strong expertise in managing and delivering projects in complex, high-risk, and post-conflict environments.
We partner with governments and institutions to design and implement structured capacity development and workforce systems that deliver measurable outcomes aligned with national priorities and international standards.
